Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and countries within the European Union. Please note: we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla at this time.

How long will my order take?

All our pants are handmade to order, so we need 3 business days from when we receive your order to create each piece with love and care in our workshop in Valencia, Spain.

After production, the shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout. For domestic shipments, the usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. For shipments to the European Union, it may vary between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.

In any case, the maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

What if I’m not home?

If the courier can’t deliver your order, they’ll leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your package. If the order is not delivered or collected within 30 days, we will consider the purchase cancelled. In this case, you’ll receive a refund for the products only—shipping and any return costs will not be refunded.

When is my order considered delivered?

Your order is considered delivered when you or someone you’ve authorized signs for it. From that moment on, the products are your responsibility.
