How do I return an item?

Just email us at info@filpants.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll give you the return instructions. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Yes. You can request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. To arrange it, email us at info@filpants.com with your order number and the size or product you would like to exchange it for. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is not available, you may choose a refund.

Who covers the cost of returns or exchanges?

- For returns or exchanges due to personal preference (size, model, etc.), you are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back.

- If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover all associated costs.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund using the same payment method. This usually takes up to 14 calendar days.

What if the product is faulty or incorrect?
